Publicity: Some posters an emails, individual contact with each resident.
Food: Some chips, popcorn, soda, pizza, and come cups.
Set-Up: Wallmart run to pick up food.
Clean-Up: Not much, but some girls helped.

Positive Outcomes: All but four residents showed up for at least part of the time. The girls had fun and it was a chance to hand out with people that you don't always get to see in a week.
What would you have done differently? Buy less soda, pick out movie earlier.
Would You Do This Activity Again? Yes, it was a fun and relaxing way to get girls together, and it was easy to plan.
